1. Reservations** a. All reservations are subject to availability. b. You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. c. Reservations can be made via our website (thehilltophotel.org), phone, email, or through third-party booking platforms. When using third-party platforms, their terms may also apply. d. You will receive a confirmation upon successful booking. Please review it carefully and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.**

2. Rates and Payment** a. Rates are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice until the reservation is confirmed. b. Rates may vary based on season, room type, and length of stay. Additional charges (e.g., for extra beds, meals, services) may apply. c. A valid credit/debit card is required to guarantee your reservation. d. Payment methods: We accept cash (PKR), credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), and bank transfers. For corporate accounts, approved credit terms apply. e. All outstanding charges must be settled upon check-out.**

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy** a. **Standard Bookings:** – Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in: Free of charge. – Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in or no-show: One night’s room charge (including taxes) will be applied. b. **Advance Purchase/Non-Refundable Rates:** These bookings cannot be changed or cancelled. Full payment will be charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable. c. **Group/Event Bookings (e.g., weddings, conferences):** Separate cancellation terms apply and will be provided at the time of booking. d. Early departures are treated as cancellations and may incur charges.**

4. Check-in and Check-out** a. **Check-in:** From 2:00 PM onwards. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur extra charges. b. **Check-out:** By 12:00 PM. Late check-out may be available upon request (subject to availability and extra charges). c. At check-in, you must present a valid government-issued ID (e.g., passport, CNIC) and the credit/debit card used for booking. For third-party bookings, the person checking in must be the one named on the reservation.

5. Hotel Policies** a. **Children:** Children under [X] years stay free when sharing a room with parents (using existing bedding). Extra beds may be available for an additional charge. b. **Pets:** Pets are not allowed, except for service animals (with prior notice and documentation). c. **Smoking:** The Hilltop Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking in rooms or public areas will result in a cleaning fee of PKR [Amount]. Designated smoking areas are provided. d. **Damage to Property:** Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property. Charges will be applied to cover repair/replacement costs. e. **Behavior:** We reserve the right to refuse service or evict guests for disruptive, illegal, or inappropriate behavior without refund. f. **Lost or Stolen Items:** The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of guest belongings. Safe deposit boxes are available in rooms or at reception. g. **Visitors:** Visitors are allowed in public areas only and must leave by 10:00 PM. Overnight visitors are not permitted without prior arrangement and will incur extra charges.

6. Events and Functions** a. For weddings, meetings, or other events hosted at the hotel, separate event contracts and terms apply. b. Decorations must be approved in advance and removed immediately after the event. Damage caused by decorations will be charged. c. Outside food and beverages are not permitted without prior written consent.

7. Liability a. The hotel is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to guests or their property, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Pakistani law. b. Guests use hotel facilities (e.g., pool, gym) at their own risk. Children must be supervised.

**8. Force Majeure**The hotel is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, government restrictions). In such cases, we may offer alternative dates or a refund.

**9. Privacy**We collect personal data for reservation and service purposes. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to our Privacy Policy (available on our website).
